Title: Supply and Installation of Prefabricated Buildings (Site Offices and Workers’ Accommodation)

Contract Description: Mashael Al Rajhi Group has been awarded by Majmaah University to develop a site for the establishment of open spaces for the university gardens with building facilities inside.
Arabian Oxide Corporation was contracted by the main contractor to provide construction services for the construction site offices and workers’ accommodation. The project consists of two phases. The first phase is on the campus and the second phase is to develop the workers’ accommodation site 15 km from
the project sites.
Arabian Oxide Corporation The site development company implemented the first phase of the projects which consists of supplying and installing 6 x 12 meter mobile site offices. The works include site development, leveling, compaction and supply and installation of mobile buildings including installation of water and sewage system. Two units of 400 kW diesel generators were also installed including the main electrical panels
and their distribution, ambient lighting and electrical system inside the building.
Arabian Oxide Foundation is implementing the site development in the second phase of the projects which consists of supplying and installing 14 x 12 meter units for off-site portable workers accommodation. The works include site development, leveling, compaction and supply and installation of the portable buildings including
Installation of water and sewage system. Two units of 1000 kW diesel generators were also installed including the main electrical panels and their distribution, ambient lighting and electrical system inside the building. - Perimeter fence with a total length of 400 meters
Arab Oxide Foundation has allocated approximately 40 employees for this project.
